What Plans are offered to employee’s?
We offer four plans options: Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, and Universal Life Insurance
Who is Eligible?
Employees can enroll in benefits plans when they are hired. The benefits will not be effective until the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment. For employees who declined coverage at the time of hire, you will not be able to enroll until one of the following: Open Enrollment for the next year (December) -OR- You meet a qualifying event (Marriage, Divorce, loss of previous medical coverage plan, etc.).
