REMINDER TO ALL EMPLOYEES REGARDING REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:

If you have gotten to this page we know you must feel frustrated about a situation and we understand! 

Your company's policy prohibits discrimination, harassment, retaliation, theft, and any other illegal or unethical conduct. Your Company policy also prohibits various time-keeping violations, such as, by way of example only, working off the clock, failing to accurately record and pay overtime, required break violations, and failing to accurately record all hours worked. If you believe you have witnessed or been subjected to any type of discrimination, harassment, retaliation by any employee, management, or customer, or any other illegal or unethical conduct at your employer, or you have been asked to commit a time-keeping violation of any kind at your employer, you have a duty to immediately report it: You are not required to make a report to the alleged harasser or to your manager of your employer, but you must make a report to the hotline, ownership, or through the website form below which will be forwarded to your employers senior management. Your Employer will not retaliate against any employee for making a report. Please note this report is sent directly to the senior management of your employer.
