What Medical Benefits is offered for Employees?
We offer two plan options: RediCare and MEC (Medical Essential Coverage) through RediCare.
Who is Eligible?
Employees can enroll in benefits plans when they are hired. The benefits will not be effective until the 1st day of the month following 90 days of employment. For employees who declined coverage at the time of hire, you will not be able to enroll until one of the following: Open Enrollment for the next year beginning of September -OR- You meet a qualifying event (Marriage, Divorce, loss of previous medical coverage plan, etc.) Please contact your HR Professional for more details.
